Strengthening the Establishment and Operation of New Small and Medium-sized Tourism Enterprises
On December 18, 2023, the Ministry of National Economy and Finance announced the announcement of the NSRF program for “Supporting the Establishment and Operation of New Small and Medium-sized Tourism Enterprises”. This action provides grants of up to 60% for the creation of new tourism enterprises in selected activity codes.
The Action concerns the strengthening of tourism entrepreneurship by creating new small and medium-sized enterprises in the tourism sector, offering quality services and contributing to the increase in employment.

Grant Percentage
45% of the subsidized budget, increased by 10% in special areas and an additional 5% for employment targets.
Beneficiaries
Very Small, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Tourism sector. Category A: Under establishment, operating in eligible KAD. Category B: Newly established, operating in eligible KAD.
Beneficiary Requirements
- Investment plan in eligible CSDs.
- Single funding application per VAT number.
- Self-assessment with a score of at least 70.
- Delimitation of the place of execution in one Region with aid intensity.

Categories of the “Accommodation” investment tax credit (CRC 55) of Tourism:
Lady Hotel Accommodations:
Classification in category 4**** and above Capacity Twelve (12) beds and above
Non-Madam Hotel Accommodations:
Self-catering accommodation – furnished tourist homes Minimum Number of homes: Three (3)
Furnished rooms for rent – apartments:
Classification in category 4 keys and above Minimum capacity Twelve (12) beds
Beneficiary Participation Requirements
Provide evidence of securing Private Participation of the proposed investment project at a rate of at least 60%. While the overall conditions for participation are presented in detail in the Call for Action

- Machinery – Equipment
- Digital Equipment – software and software services
Additionally:
- a) Certification of Quality Assurance and Environmental Management Systems

- e) Indirect costs
Investment Completion Deadline:
24 months from the date of issuance of the Approval Decision
