The process
One-to-One Business Coaching
It is the collaboration between a professional/employee and a specialist consultant (coach) with the aim of developing and improving their business performance and performance. The goal of Business Coaching is to help professionals or employees face challenges, exploit their potential, achieve goals and improve their performance.
Business Coaching can be initiated by entrepreneurs, professionals and business executives.

The duration varies depending on the needs, but usually a series of meetings are held at regular intervals.
(10 – 12 meetings, 1 time per week)

Prices vary depending on the duration and payment method (per session or in a package).
Payments are made by mutual agreement between the professional/employee and the coach and are per meeting or by package of services.
Meetings are held in Athens or Glyfada, as well as online via the Google Meet platform.
