Collective Coaching
Collective Coaching (or Team Coaching) involves the collaboration of a work group with a specialist consultant (team coach) with the aim of developing collaborative dynamics, improving performance and achieving common goals. It aims to strengthen the team’s capabilities and improve its results.
Collective Coaching is essential for entrepreneurs who employ staff and wish to increase the performance of the team they lead and enhance the smooth cooperation of its members.
